Parent Involvement and student academic achievement are closely linked. We recognize the importance of your role in your child’s educational opportunities, even if you live a distance from our school. FSDB Parent Services aims to provide parents with meaningful and educational resources, meeting opportunities, workshops, and classes. Join us for one of our Parent Engagement Workshops, which will occur several times throughout the school year. We also offer sign language classes, and braille classes for parents, along with a lending library of resources for you to borrow from home.
Please feel free to contact us for more information on how you can be involved and stay connected.
Other Parent Involvement Opportunities also include joining the School Advisory Board, the Title One Advisory Board, and more.
The goal of the International Relations Committee is to promote better understanding of languages and culture. Parents from all school departments make up this committee.
This group meets periodically during the school year with school administrators.
