  • By June 2012, identify and implement strategies to increase student enrollment.
  • By June 2012, develop a plan to identify stakeholders and increase their understanding of our mission and goals.

Education – To Increase Student Achievement

  • By June 2012, investigate and analyze the effectiveness of research-based strategies and materials with students who are deaf/hard-of-hearing and blind/visually-impaired.
  • By June 2012, define and identify for staff and parents the K-12 curriculum and resources being implemented.
  • By June 2012, identify and generate quantitative and qualitative student assessment reports to be shared with stakeholders.

Staffing – To Recruit, Train, and Maintain Qualified Staff

  • By May 2012, develop a written plan to enhance efforts to recruit the most qualified staff.
  • By May 2012, develop a written plan reflecting efforts to retain the most qualified staff.
